The Challenge

The migration involved over 230 user mailboxes, 120 shared mailboxes, and 21 public folders, totaling more than 300GB of data. The project needed to ensure:

Migrated 100% of user and shared mailboxes plus public folders with zero data loss. Implemented a Hybrid Exchange setup for a seamless cutover. Delivered ongoing post-migration support through our service desk and on-site technicians.

MFA Implementation

Launched with a self-enrollment phase (10% adoption), then introduced conditional enrollment, achieving 96% compliance.
