Honoring a Legacy: Tecnet’s Contributions to UBC’s Centennial and Diabetes Research

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting higher education and medical research, Tecnet proudly donated $10,000 to the University of British Columbia. This contribution supports Dr. Tim Kieffer’s research on Type 1 Diabetes, honoring the legacy of Adella Van Heyst. Our donation also celebrated UBC’s centennial year, reflecting on the university’s incredible contributions to education and research over the past century. We are honored to support UBC’s mission and to be part of their centennial celebrations.

UBC has a long history of excellence in education and research, making significant contributions to the advancement of knowledge and the betterment of society. Our donation to Dr. Kieffer’s diabetes research helps fund critical work aimed at finding new treatments and ultimately a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. We are excited to be part of this important research and to support UBC’s efforts to improve health outcomes for individuals with diabetes.

Our partnership with UBC reflects our commitment to supporting scientific innovation and education. We believe that by investing in research and higher education, we can contribute to the development of new solutions
