We maintain a license renewal dashboard, integrating key dates into your IT roadmap so renewals align with your overall IT strategy and budget. As renewal dates approach, we review the technology to ensure it remains the best solution for your business requirements, making recommendations to renew or replace as needed.

Automatic Patching

Microsoft Products: All Microsoft patches are applied through Tecnet’s Service Center and included in your monthly service fees.

Other Software: To maintain security and compliance, all non-Microsoft software is automatically and regularly patched, keeping it up to date with the latest security vulnerabilities. This service can be implemented for a nominal monthly fee.

Packaged, Standard Applications: Managed through an App management service, we follow an evaluation, release, and control process for standard applications as new versions are released. Typically managed through the Intune Company Portal, we also manage applications according to manufacturer specifications and may implement custom scripts for regular app management when necessary.
