Tecnet employs detailed data collection during a site survey to identify blind spots and understand features that impact Wi-Fi performance in the warehouse.
Tecnet has developed a robust network design tailored to the specific needs of the client, ensuring optimal coverage, performance, and scalability. The solution encompasses the placement of access points, antennas, simulated maps, and accurate mapping of warehouse shelves.
The solution is designed with scalability in mind, allowing for seamless expansion as the client’s business grows and technology evolves.
Our Impact
The Wi-Fi design project yielded remarkable outcomes
The Ekahau-driven WiFi design significantly enhanced connectivity throughout Lekker Foods’ warehouse, successfully overcoming diverse challenges. This achievement was measured using over 15 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measures such as Signal Strength for Warehouse Coverage, Signal-To-Noise Ratio, Secondary Signal Strength, Tertiary Signal Strength, Channel Interference, Noise, Throughput, Packet Loss, Number of AP, and other relevant KPIs.
The project demonstrated efficient utilization of CAD files, scale calculations, and coverage mapping, resulting in streamlined network planning and ensuring optimal performance.
Beyond meeting current needs, the project laid the groundwork for a resilient and adaptable WiFi infrastructure, positioning Lekker Foods for future technological advancements.
