Tecnet has once again renewed our Microsoft Gold Partnership being awarded with Gold Datacenter and Gold Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions. Tecnet has been a Microsoft Gold Partner since 2012.

Every year, our technical team works hard to achieve high-level Microsoft certifications, attesting to Tecnet’s enduring commitment to information technology and developing our local technical expertise. These Gold certifications ensure our technicians are current on Microsoft solutions, allowing them to provide our clients with the best IT solutions available, and adapt to the IT landscape.

What does it mean to be Gold certified?

This partnership and certification shows Tecnet’s commitment to work closely and collaboratively with Microsoft, with the Gold certification being the highest certification set forth by the global tech giant.  Our dual Gold certifications show Tecnet’s dedication to Microsoft technologies, meaning we can deliver the best solutions to our clients, backed by the extensive compliance and competency guidelines.

Not only do these certifications attest to our commitment to technology, but they are also backed by our customer’s experiences. Each Gold certification requires five customer references from recent projects, recommending Tecnet for Gold status. In order to qualify for the Gold competencies, Tecnet is required to demonstrate our experience in providing proven capabilities and skills specific to delivering these Datacenter and Cloud solutions.

Here’s what Microsoft has to say about achieving Gold:

“By achieving a gold competency, your organization will have not only demonstrated “best-in-class” capability as market leaders within specific technology areas, but you are also distinguished amongst the top 1 percent of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem worldwide.”

“Distinguishing yourself as being within the top 1% of all Microsoft partners around the world are fantastic accomplishments and indeed something to be celebrated. Just think about it… You have accomplished something that  99% of all other Microsoft partners worldwide have not and that no organization outside of the Microsoft Partner Network has! Those are both amazing accomplishments.”

How did we get there?

Going for gold is no easy task, and dual gold is doubly hard. Every year, our technicians dedicate themselves to continued learning, meaning they stay up-to-date in the ever-evolving information technology landscape. To become Gold certified, five of our technical staff attained fourteen high-level Microsoft certifications varying from Microsoft Server to Hyper-V to Office 365, leading four of our technicians to gain their MCSA: Windows Server (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate). In order to earn your MSCA, you must pass three exams, proving your knowledge and expertise in Microsoft technologies.
